By downloading, installing, or using Darkfolio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Darkfolio is a privacy-focused portfolio tracking application. The App allows you to track cryptocurrency and stock holdings locally on your device.

Privacy First

  • No Accounts — Darkfolio does not require account creation
  • Local Storage — All portfolio data is stored locally on your device
  • No Data Collection — We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal or financial information

Subscription Services

Darkfolio offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") with additional features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Free Trial — New users receive a 10-day trial of Pro features
  • Billing — Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Cancellation — You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings
  • Refunds — Refund requests must be directed to Apple

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of price data or that the App will be error-free.

Darkfolio is not financial advice. The App is for informational and tracking purposes only. Investment decisions are your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Price Data

Price data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. We make no guarantees about price accuracy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located.
